Ingredients
- 2 oz Lemon Infused Tequila from Tequila Travesuras
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

- In a cocktail shaker, combine Lemon Infused Tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters.

- Double strain the mixture into a coupe or rocks glass. This removes any ice shards or egg white particles, leaving a silky smooth drink.
