  • 2 oz Lemon Infused Tequila from Tequila Travesuras
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (or aquafaba for a vegan option)
  • 2-3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
  • Lemon or Lime Twist for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Making Tequila Sour

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Lemon Infused Tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds to chill the drink.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe or rocks glass. This removes any ice shards or egg white particles, leaving a silky smooth drink.
  5. Garnish with a lemon or lime twist and a few drops of bitters for a decorative touch.
