Carrot Punch

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Carrot Juice
  • 2 oz Tequila Travesuras Lemon
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice, and extra for the rim
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • One teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • One teaspoon of Flaky Sea Salt
  • Orange Slices for Garnishing

Making Carrot Punch

  1. Take a shallow plate to mix garam masala with flaky sea salt
  2. Rim half of the glass with a lime wedge
  3. Dip the wedge in the spice mixture
  4. Put one large ice cube in the glass
  5. Take a cocktail shaker and add a few cubes of ice
  6. Add the tequila, carrot juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave nectar
  7. Shake for 25-30 seconds
  8. Strain it into the ice-filled glass
  9. Garnish with orange slices
