Carrot Punch
Ingredients
- 4 oz Carrot Juice
- 2 oz Tequila Travesuras Lemon
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice, and extra for the rim
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- One teaspoon of Garam Masala
- One teaspoon of Flaky Sea Salt
- Orange Slices for Garnishing
Making Carrot Punch
- Take a shallow plate to mix garam masala with flaky sea salt
- Rim half of the glass with a lime wedge
- Dip the wedge in the spice mixture
- Put one large ice cube in the glass
- Take a cocktail shaker and add a few cubes of ice
- Add the tequila, carrot juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave nectar
- Shake for 25-30 seconds
- Strain it into the ice-filled glass
- Garnish with orange slices
